What is Google Apps for CoyoteMail?

Google Apps for CoyoteMail is the name of CSU, San Bernardino's implementation of Google Apps for Education. It provides access to Google's online services, allowing you to take advantage of Google's e-mail, productivity, and collaboration tools.


How do I get Support?

The Help Desk provides support for your CoyoteMail powered by Google account. The Help Desk can be reached by telephone at 909-537-7677 or by e-mail at helpdesk@csusb.edu

Please note: The Help Desk provides support for Gmail and account issues only. They do not provide support for the other applications contained in the Google Apps software suite.

Who is Eligible?

All students are elegible to get a CoyoteMail account. CoyoteMail powered by Google is the official e-mail system for students.

Faculty, staff, and retirees may request an account, however the Sun Messenger system continues to be the official e-mail service for faculty and staff. CoyoteMail accounts for faculty and staff will be available later during the Fall-2010 quarter.
