An extensive library of guides, tutorials and help forums are provided directly by Google and can be accessed by logging into your account and clicking on Help at the top of the screen.
In addition, TNS have created additional tutorials with settings specific to our campus
IMAP Client Configuration
1. Set your IMAP password:
For security reasons you must set a password to access your CoyoteMail account via IMAP before your first use. To set your CoyoteMail password follow the procedure for MyCoyote Password Reset. Make sure that the "Gmail_IMAP_POP" resource is selected when setting your password. Passwords take approximately 10 minutes to fully syncronize with your CoyoteMail IMAP server.
2. Log in to your account and enable IMAP access:
IMAP access must first be enabled in your settings within the CoyoteMail Powered by Google preferences. Before configuring your IMAP client follow the directions for enabling IMAP in your CoyoteMail Powered by Google settings.
3. Configure your email client for IMAP access:
To access your CoyoteMail Powered by Google_ account by a method other than the Web interface (i.e. an e-mail client or a smart phone) you will need to your mail client with the following settings.
